On a daily basis I am responsible for administering the sales progressions which involves paying good attention to detail, contacting solicitors, surveyors, estate agencies involved in the chain and updating vendors and purchasers on a daily basis. My role frequently involves problem solving, being pro-active in obtaining information and documentation and working to gain positive outcomes. I am also responsible for booking viewings and market appraisals, dealing with leads, ascertaining clients’ requirements – face to face, by telephone and by email, accompanying viewings, canvassing and call-outs, following up viewings, offers, negotiating, referencing and other related documentation. I prepare the advertisements for publication in local newspapers, am responsible for updating the customer feedback on the company website and proof-reading property details. Further tasks include stationery orders, printing all procedural documentation and keeping the business management system up to date.
I have good IT skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook, using a variety of databases and spreadsheets. I am skilled in using property managements systems – ‘DezRez’, ‘Rezi’, ‘Encore’ and ‘Jupix’.
Continually working to deadlines and targets, I have the ability to prioritise my work and have good time-management skills. Committed to providing good customer service, I have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to various audiences.
