I ran my own equine business in the East Midlands. I generated my own clients, planned routes, times and payments.
I exercised horses, looked after them and general stable duties.

Here I work on the customer service side, I deal with Amazon, eBay, our website and emails.
I have to process orders, refunds, partial refunds and cancellations.
I must follow different procedures for different platforms.
I have all admin duties from processing returns, answering emails, inputting data on

Nurse Plus UK June 2016 to June 2017
Recruitment Consultant
I was in a 360 role, which included the whole recruitment process from the initial application right through to work. I sent out references, DBS and made sure they were 110% compliant before I would put them through our training for work. I also had business development to do, 25 calls a week with 2 meetings booked and actioned. I was in charge of processing the time sheets for payroll, making sure the charge codes are correct, holiday is correct and the breaks are correct. I had all the admin duties sort which included managing the emails, incoming and outgoing calls, deal with complaints and giving out shifts accordingly and fairly. Renault, Nottingham October 2015 to June 2016 New Car Sales Executive. Here at Renault I had a number of key responsibilities. These included: Checking cars in of the transporter to make sure there wasn’t any damage, processing finance documents, making sure the car had all the correct security checks done ready for the customer. I also had to up-sellthe cars which I didn’t find that hard, and meeting customers and talking to them in a friendly manor to find a car that suits their needs. I handled incoming calls, even selling cars over the phone to customers!

First Fix Recruitment September 2014 to October 2015
Recruitment Resourcer/ Administrator
Here at first fix I have a number of key responsibilities these include: Sourcing the correct tradesman for the specific job by sending out group emails, text messages and calling them. Registering new tradesman on the Aspire database and making sure the database is up to date at all times. When the tradesmen send in their documents e.g. JIB, CSCS or ECS cards I have to check they are in date, along with most up to date references. I also handle all incoming calls and either direct them to the specified person within the office or deal with them myself. I have experience using CV library e.g. posting jobs and sourcing CV’s once we have exhausted our Aspire database. I also use indeed and universal job match.

Yard Manager May 2014 to September 2014
I oversee the other 2 grooms on the yard. I make sure the yard is running smoothly, this consists of planning the day accordingly. Making sure the girls muck out the horses properly, arrange horses turnouts in the fields which is vital as they can only have a certain time out. Sort out the feeding per horse, first aid horses and grooms. Also I have to deal with the clients and make sure they are happy with the welfare of their horse. I have to make sure each horse has the correct work load per day.

Pizza Express August 2012 To May 2014
I worked at Pizza Express, Wokingham which I was a waitress. I took food to the customers, cleared tables, laid up tables, dealt with complaints and gave customer service to the highest standard possible. On most evenings I chose to have the busier sections as I always love a challenge. I was always quick, have a smile on my face no matter what mood I was in, helped my colleagues when they were in trouble, ALWAYS went out of my way to help a customer. For example: took a child to watch how the pizza was made, let a child ice and put smarties on their cupcake for their dessert, gave children pizza hats when they left. I was a manager on duty. I had a number of responsibilities which include: • Opening the restaurant • Dealing with emails from complaints to booking • Sorting out the floor plan , when we are going to be busy • Make sure close down from the night before was correct • Food is labelled correctly • Deal with phone calls and deliveries

Guards Polo Club June 2011 To August 2011
During the summer of 2011 I was fortunate to work for the PA to the Chief Executive of this prestigious club, assisting with ticket sales to major events, which meant I needed to have a scrupulous approach to detailed work and a high level of skill in written English, including spelling, grammar and punctuation. I worked with the club members and the general public, manned the switchboard, main reception and dealt with the daily post also did a few ticket sales. I have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and I am also able to work on my own and to meet deadlines with the ability to stay focused throughout.

The New Mill Restaurant, Eversley August 2011 To January 2012
The New Mill employed me as a waitress from September 2011 to the present day when sadly they have ceased to trade making my role redundant. I was employee of the month twice and regularly topped the “tips” league as I went about serving the diners in the most courteous and effective manner. Crandley Associates June 2010 To Present As an assistant to the main Events Organiser for this company since the age of 15, I began as a “general dogs body” moving furniture, unpacking boxes to assisting the MD and her team on large scale events, for members of the Malaysian Royal Family, The Saudi Royal Family, Prince Charles, Princes William and Harry, I have worked on events where Her Majesty The Queen was guest of Honour. I have checked guests into events were security was paramount and an attention to detail was key, being helpful discreet and courteous was also very important. I am still employed on a event by event basis for this company.
