Roving Facilities Manager 2019-Date

As a Roving Facilities Manager my responsibilities include:
• Managing a 9-property portfolio and being responsible for preparing, managing and being accountable for 9 Service Charge Budgets.
• Managing all Critical and Secondary Health and Safety compliance items/documents for 9 properties in London & Surrey regions, and ensuring they’re all valid and are in place on the William Martin Meridian Risk Management Health & Safety System.
• Resolving all/any Health & Safety compliance actions which are highlighted from site related audits and adding updated narratives to any overdue actions where required.
• Liaising with tenants regarding any unplanned issues or upcoming onsite activities from – refurbishment works, maintenance, insurance surveys, Health & Safety audits and Fire Risk Assessments.
• Holding monthly/quarterly tenant meetings and updating the minutes against previous or ongoing actions.
• Overseeing and managing onsite contractors whilst checking PPM’s are being carried out as per service agreements.
• Invoicing and coding of any utility bills received and works that have been carried out/completed on my properties on Yardi and POM.
• Carrying out technical property inspections and logging all findings with the helpdesk/contractors and completing monthly KPI’s.

Regional Facilities Manager 2016-2019

As a Regional Facilities Manager my responsibilities include:
• Managing a 5-property portfolio and being responsible for preparing, managing and being accountable for 2 Service Charge Budgets.
• Overseeing and managing all Critical and Secondary Health and Safety compliance items/documents for 74 properties across the Reading and Bristol region and ensuring they’re all valid and are in place on the William Martin Meridian Risk Management Health & Safety System.
• Collating and supplying a monthly database for senior management with narratives of any Health & Safety compliance items that may go overdue.
• Liaising with tenants regarding any unplanned issues or upcoming onsite
activities from – refurbishment works, maintenance, insurance surveys
• Overseeing and managing onsite contractors whilst checking PPM’s are being carried out as per service agreements.

• Invoicing and coding of any utility bills received and works that have been carried out/completed on my properties on Yardi Voyager.
• Carrying out property inspections and logging all findings with the helpdesk/contractors and completing monthly KPI’s.
• Covering other RFM’s properties when required from Retail Parks, Multi Tenanted Office Buildings to FRI’s.
