An experienced Area FM Support Manager with 6 years’ experience of management and overseeing business and sites.   Proven ability to sustain day to day running of multi FM sites including personnel HR functions, 3rd party contractors, Security, Health, Safety and Environment, Risk Assessments and Mitigation, Training records, Audits, and all other functions required to keep a business premises running.

 

Delivering high-level strategic planning to coordinate and manage contracts across the facilities function, increasing operational effectiveness and spearheading the development of initiatives to add value for money through quality and service enhancements.

 

A strong pro-active approachable leader, providing coaching, support, training and mentoring of multi-skilled teams and in-direct responsibility to service partners including security staff, ensuring all achieve individual targets and corporate objectives, delivering an exceptional service within agreed budget and timescales.
