Efficient and organised Administrator with over 23 years’ experience and a record of working to very high standards. Proven literacy and numerical skills. Extensive experience and knowledge of MS Office packages and being proficient in the use of cross college systems. The last 16 years have been worked within the Engineering and Technology Apprenticeship Sectors where extensive experience has been gained of working with employers, young people, adults and colleagues across curriculum including Employer Responsive, FE and HE departments. Working as part of a highly motivated team building positive relationships within all departments across the college and externally.
Proven record of monitoring apprenticeship programmes in their entirety, including Engineering, Automotive and Electrical provisions which requires high attention to detail, knowledge, competence and experience in all aspects of administration work. Ability to analyse problems quickly and suggest solutions.
Due to recently relocating from Nottingham to Norfolk, I am now seeking a new challenge to develop and gain further skills.

Nottingham College – Work-Based Learning Programmes Coordinator Nov 2003 – Present

Engage with employers assisting in the development of apprenticeships and bespoke training packages
Implement recruitment of potential persons into apprenticeships from selection through to sign-up using all relevant on-line systems.
Monitor apprentice progression to ensure timely success
Produce top-level data sets and analyse a range of key performance indicators for faculty management meetings.
Provide data sets and tracking information as and when required, ensuring all elements of the framework are reported correctly and are to audit specifications.
Work and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels in an affable and professional manner.
The nature of my current role is hugely varied which requires me to work flexibly in a multi-task capacity on a day to day basis.
Organise and attend open evenings and many other events across the academic year to promote the college, some of which are during the holidays and at weekends
