BELFAST ZOOLOGICAL GARDENS – ‘ZOO CREW’
I worked a week over Easter 2016 in the Zoo taking on general zoo duties. I currently take casual shifts on reception. I also work casual shifts throughout the year as a Belfast City Council employee.
HAZELWOOD COLLEGE – SCHOOL SECRETARY & RECEPTIONIST
2013 to 2016: This included duties such as taking incoming and outgoing calls and queries, face to face queries with children, adults and professionals, liaising with teachers and handling money in a very busy office. Several systems were used on a daily basis, including SIMS (timetables, class roles, all personal details of students etc), and a dinner card system which topped up electronic dinner cards. Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint were used daily also.
NEWINGTON DAY CENTRE – ADMINISTRATOR – Part Time
December 2015 to February 2016: Administration for an Elderly Day Centre (Charity). This was mostly Microsoft Word and Excel, to edit documents, letters, bills and invoices. This position was alongside my Hazelwood position.
