I am a family orientated person who enjoys looking after my daughter, along with days out and holidays. I am a very sociable person and enjoy visits to the cinema, bowling etc… I enjoy walking and often attend my local gym. Since leaving college, I have always worked and enjoy working within a team environment. I have been working in both temporary and permanent positions since I was 16 years old. I have gained great confidence, experience and a positive mind set during this time. I am now looking for something permanent, within a company that I can fulfil my potential and build my future around.

Working in sales administration for a company called HMK Ltd in Congleton, my roles included; data processing, accounting, dealing with both import and export sales, working with the SAP system and most Microsoft applications, liaising with customers via both the telephone and through emails.
03/12/18 – 24/01/19 (Temp) Simarco International – Courier operator
In this role my duties included speaking to customers over the phone, providing quotes, dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls and working alongside the warehouse team to ensure that the customer’s expectations were met on a day to day basis. I had to ensure that the customer received a high standard experience when shipping internationally or domestically.
23/01/2017 – 30/11/2018 All Counties Vehicle Logistics – Transportation Administration / Data Analyst
During my time here, my role was to organise the customer requirements with our drivers, ensure that the business ran smoothly so that no mistakes were made. I had to ensure that the management of the legal documentation was processed quickly and professionally to a high standard. I had to ensure that the legal documentation from vehicles were correct using software called Jotform. I also had to make sure that the transit of the vehicle(s) was completed without complications. I will then process these through to the other companies and complete all document in detail, ready for invoicing.
